This experience is regarding my fire wood sale , should of received a half cord , only was given a quarter , wood wasn’t the best quality as well , also was told not to drive the truck on my grass to only drive on my driveway black top the owner shows little respect for customers and their wants not to mention the scam with the amount of wood no option for pick up because he doesn’t want you to see the wood before hand and deliveries are free for a reason thx

Terrible experience this week with Woolman Nursery. Before visiting, I had already heard multiple people warn me: “Don’t go there, they’re rude and racist.” Against my better judgment, I stopped by because it was conveniently on my route. We called ahead to confirm it was okay to drop off our leaves. They said it would cost $40 and that we needed to arrive 15 minutes before closing. We got there 18 minutes before close, only for the owner to approach us and accuse us of having previously dumped trash there. I explained I had never been there before, and my boyfriend hadn’t been in over three years. He brushed it off and said, “Come back tomorrow we don’t have time to unload your truck.” The next morning, I went back and approached him calmly to prevent any further confusion. As I pulled up, he waved me over, then told me that from now on I need to wait at the bench to be seen before even greeting me properly. He then walked over to the truck, looked in the trailer, and after confirming there was no trash, said the fee was $40. However, he added that he would need a $100 deposit, and if he found even a piece of trash, he’d keep it. At that point, I told him no thank you and too

Didn’t notify when they arrived, this caused them to leave it off at at the wrong property(neighbors) in THEIR DRIVEWAY… that was number one, number two called to resolve issue was told I could move it myself since it was so light. 0 stars if I could.

Order 2 cords of firewood, site unseen, for delivery. Was advised on the phone that firewood was a mixture of hardwood and seasoned to be able to use this year. Delivery occurred on time and was placed exactly where we asked. The firewood is well seasoned, and seemed more than the 2 cords ordered. Burns well, no popping when burning. Will order again . This is just some of what we brought in to show the quality. Thank you

Today was my second time patronizing Woolmans. I purchased the tall Kale plants pictured below. I must say, I was greeted pleasantly and handled professionally. I am new to live plants and was looking for something that would last through the Winter. The selections were colorful for cold weather plants and also appropriate for this time of year. The prices are super affordable as well. They will be my first choice from now on.
